5. Pricing and Availability
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without prior notice. Product availability is not guaranteed and may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Returns and Refunds (Summary)
Returns and refunds are governed by the CPA and are detailed further in our Returns and Refunds Policy below. In summary:
- Custom-made and custom-imported products are generally non-returnable.
- Off-the-shelf products may be returned within 30 days if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Defective goods are handled strictly in accordance with CPA provisions.
7. Service Standards, Contract-Based Work and Limitations
Certain services offered by Propmond are contract-based, including but not limited to property alterations, renovations, installations, maintenance work, and bespoke project services.
Where services are rendered on a contract basis:
- A separate written Service Agreement, Quotation, Scope of Work, or Job Card may apply
- Such contract documents shall take precedence over these Terms where conflicts arise
- Payment terms, milestones, warranties, exclusions, timelines, and penalties will be defined in the applicable contract
Unless expressly state in writing:
- Timelines are estimates and not guarantees
- Site conditions, third-party delays, supplier lead times, weather, or force majeure events may affect delivery and completion
- Variations requested by the client may result in revised pricing and timelines
8. Website Use and E-Commerce Compliance
You agree to use our website in compliance with South African e-commerce legislation and all applicable laws. You must:

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

26. Returns
This policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act.
- Custom-made and custom-imported products are not returnable unless defective.
- Off-the-shelf products may be returned within 30 days if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
27. Defective Products
Where a manufacturing defect is reported:
- The product may be returned for inspection
- Propmond will determine the existence of a defect
- A repair, replacement, or refund will be offered in line with CPA requirements
28. Exchanges
Defective or damaged items may be exchanged. Clients must provide supporting images and details. Collection and replacement will be arranged where applicable.

29. Order Processing and Production Lead Times
Orders are processed once payment is received.
- Standard processing: up to 3 working days
- Custom-made products: 14–21 working days production lead time
30. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery commences after dispatch:
- Main centres: 2–5 working days
- Regional and remote areas: up to 7 working days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
31. Delivery Locations
Nationwide delivery is available within South Africa. Cross-border deliveries must be arranged by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
32. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on location, size, and weight of the order and comply with South African legal requirements.
33. Damaged Goods in Transit
Any visible damage must be reported immediately upon delivery. Failure to do so may affect claims.
34. Shipping Insurance
Optional transit insurance is available upon request for additional protection.
