29. Order Processing and Production Lead Times

Orders are processed once payment is received.

• Standard processing: up to 3 working days
• Custom-made products: 14–21 working days production lead time

30. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery commences after dispatch:

• Main centres: 2–5 working days
• Regional and remote areas: up to 7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

31. Delivery Locations

Nationwide delivery is available within South Africa. Cross-border deliveries must be arranged by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

32. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on location, size, and weight of the order and comply with South African legal requirements.

33. Damaged Goods in Transit

Any visible damage must be reported immediately upon delivery. Failure to do so may affect claims.

34. Shipping Insurance

Optional transit insurance is available upon request for additional protection.
