RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

26. Returns

This policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act.

  • Custom-made and custom-imported products are not returnable unless defective.
  • Off-the-shelf products may be returned within 30 days if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

27. Defective Products

Where a manufacturing defect is reported:

  • The product may be returned for inspection
  • Propmond will determine the existence of a defect
  • A repair, replacement, or refund will be offered in line with CPA requirements

 

28. Exchanges

Defective or damaged items may be exchanged. Clients must provide supporting images and details. Collection and replacement will be arranged where applicable.
